Express Low Impact

Express Low Impact 25 minute class ideal for the beginner or those with restrictions and or limitations. Slower paced, aerobic based exercises offset with intervals of light strength training using free weights and resistance bands. No jumping, no getting up and down, no pressure on the joints.

G-Fit Boxing

G-Fit Boxing 25 minute boxing and agility skills class that incorporates all the basic components of boxing with the use of a heavy bag and gloves offset by intervals of bodyweight exercises.



Bootcamp 50 minute class that mixes traditional body weight and calisthenic exercises with interval training. Core and strength training also incorporated into each boot camp class for a total body approach.
